Directions

【North Wing】Collect baggage and proceed to arrivals hall

Narita T1 is divided into South Wing and North Wing arrivals. If you arrived at the North Wing, start from this step. After collecting your luggage, contact your driver in advance. Walk from the exit to the arrivals hall — you will see 'North Wing Arrivals' on the exit wall.

Turn left at Gate N1, proceed to Gate N2

After entering the arrivals hall, you will see Gate N1. Turn left and proceed to Gate N2. When you see Gate N2, walk straight through and exit.

Exit Gate N2 and cross two roads

After exiting Gate N2, cross the two roads ahead. You will need to cross two pedestrian crossings.

Pick-up point is near the 'Accessible Drop-off and Pick-up Zone' sign on your right

After crossing two roads, you will see the 'Accessible Drop-off and Pick-up Zone' sign on your right. Your pick-up point is next to the zebra crossing in front of the sign. Contact your driver again upon arrival — the driver will meet you near the pick-up point.

【South Wing】Collect baggage, proceed to arrivals hall, turn right to Gate S2

If you arrived at the South Wing, start from this step. After collecting your luggage, contact your driver. Walk from the exit to the arrivals hall. You will see the 'Bus Tickets' sign opposite the exit. Turn right towards Gate S2.

Arrive at Gate S2 and walk straight out

When you reach Gate S2, walk straight through and exit the gate.

Exit Gate S2 and cross two roads

After exiting Gate S2, cross the two roads ahead. You will need to cross two pedestrian crossings.

Pick-up point is near the 'Accessible Drop-off and Pick-up Zone' sign on your right

After crossing two roads, you will see the 'Accessible Drop-off and Pick-up Zone' sign on your right. Your pick-up point is next to the zebra crossing in front of the sign. Contact your driver again upon arrival.
