Choosing an airport and travel time

Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK), in the northeast of the city, is typically about 40–60 minutes by car from the city centre.

Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX) is in the south of the city and is typically about 60–80 minutes by car from the city centre. Confirm the airport code (PEK/PKX) on your itinerary.

Before booking

Choose the airport from the airport code and arrival terminal on your itinerary. Enter your actual hotel, home, office or other destination, passenger count, luggage and travel time in the booking flow to review the available service. Follow the meeting instructions in your confirmation after arrival and review the applicable airport and terminal pickup-point guide before travel.

Travel times vary with traffic conditions and time of day.

  • Full refund and compensation if your driver does not arrive

    If, due to our responsibility, your driver does not arrive to pick you up, we will refund your fare in full, cover the cost of alternative transportation such as taxis or trains, and pay JPY 10,000 as an apology. No claim is required from you; we will contact you directly.

  • Free of charge for flight cancellations and date changes

    For airport-pickup bookings, if your flight is cancelled or moved to another date due to airline circumstances, including weather or equipment issues, you can choose a free transfer to your new flight or a full refund, even immediately before your service.

  • We will not leave you at the airport

    If immigration or baggage collection takes longer than the complimentary waiting time, your driver will continue to wait when you contact us. Any additional waiting charges are handled under the current policy and will be provided to you in advance.

  • The price you book is the price you pay

    Your fixed fare includes tolls and parking. The price will not increase because of flight delays or traffic congestion.

Can I book either airport?

Yes. We support arrival and departure transfers for all listed airports.

What if my flight is delayed?

We meet you according to the actual arrival time and wait at no charge for up to 90 minutes after landing for international flights and 60 minutes for domestic flights.

When is the price confirmed?

It is confirmed at booking as a fixed price including highway tolls and parking.
